Read the full guarantee terms
The fit guarantee applies to new 8- or 16-lesson packages offered on these terms for US and UAE families, that include this guarantee in the package offer. It does not apply to existing purchases, renewals, single lessons or the Complete package. The free introduction does not count as a paid lesson.
Either the parent or student can say tutoring is not the right fit. You do not need to prove teaching failure, complete extra homework or demonstrate a score change.
You may stop before or during the first two used paid lessons. After the second used lesson, your request must arrive within 48 hours of its scheduled end and before the third lesson starts. Contact Amir to request a refund; the time your request is received controls, not when Amir reads it.
An eligible refund returns the actual payments collected for the package, less refunds already completed, including the first two used lessons and any prepaid unused balance. Refunds use the original payment amounts and currency, without deducting payment-provider fees. Any remaining unpaid package balance and future collections are cancelled.
A late cancellation or no-show counts as a used lesson toward the first two lessons and the request window. Its charge is included in an eligible full refund. If the second used lesson is missed or cancelled late, the 48-hour window runs from that slot's scheduled end. A lesson Amir cancels does not use a lesson from the package.
Payment, attendance and lesson history remain recorded after a refund. After the fit-guarantee window, the usual lesson rules below apply.
- A lesson can be moved with at least 24 hours' notice without using a lesson from the package.
- A lesson cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed, uses one lesson from the package.
- If tutoring ends early, lessons not yet held are refunded at the package rate.
- If Amir cancels a lesson, it does not use a lesson from the package; he offers a new time, or the lesson is refunded at the package rate.
